To get started, visit the Client Support Center, and sign up for your account. You’ll be logged in right away. Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your Support Dashboard. On the right, you will see a list of any of your current tickets. On the left, you’ll see a list of recent Knowledgebase posts covering a variety of topics. If your looking for something specific, just use the handy ‘search’ field, and we’ll see what we’ve got!
Posting a ticket is easy. You’ll notice the large “New Ticket” button in the navigation bar on the right. Click that bad boy and you’ll be on your way!
First thing you’ll do is enter a Ticket Title. Try to be descriptive, but if possible limit it to about one line. Then you’ll see some dropdown boxes below with different types of information. Here you can fine tune your ticket, by letting us know what type of ticket, the urgency, etc. Then, just enter in your problem/question/etc. You can even attach a file. That’s it! Pretty easy right?
We will receive your ticket as soon as you send it in, and will respond back as soon as possible. This will also help us keep all communications about a certain project in one place. So no need to search through a string of emails, everything will be nice and centrally located.
Another great part about the Client Support Center, is it’s responsive design. Meaning that the design responds to what sort of device your browsing with (computer, smartphone, tablet) and displays the page accordingly. So, log on via your smartphone or tablet, and everything looks just as rockin! So you can easily submit a support ticket from where ever you are.
That’s only the half of it. The other half, is our Client Knowledgebase. In this section of the support site, we’ll be posting video tutorials, tips, and general information related to our websites, WordPress, and more. We’ve got a couple tutorials live now to get you started. We will be adding videos regularly as well. Note that not all of these tutorials will necessarily relate to you or your project. Feel free to submit a new ticket if you do have any questions about a tutorial.
We’d also love to here your suggestions. So if there is a task or topic you think would make for a good tutorial, let us know and we’ll see what we can do! Again, our goal is to not only make sure you get high-quality, solid design work, but also receive a high level of customer service. We think you deserve that. Don’t you?
